Nicely furnished two bedroom duplex Algarve apartment on first floor.

Entrance leads to open plan lounge/dining area with TV, patio doors to terrace with views to communal garden.

Fully fitted kitchen equipped with appliances including electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Serving hatch to dining area.

A few steps up lead to Master bedroom with twin beds, made up as double, with separate bathroom. Stairs lead up to second bedroom with twin beds, made up as double, with a separate shower room, patio doors to private terrace.

Air conditioned in the lounge and master bedroom (supplement of £50 per week payable during Low season). This property has two fold away beds one in each bedroom.

The property offers Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy membership with free access to pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room and 50% discount on court hire, 25% discount on private lessons, 20% discount on group coaching and 10% discount in the shop.
