There is a full bathroom, AC, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and WIFI access. Parquet floors throughout the rental and a terrace balcony that wraps around the flat - perfect for catching the Barcelona sun!

The Borne rental is on the top floor of the building, a 6-story walk up with no lift. The building facade was renovated in 2005 - the flat itself in 2007. One of 6 apartments in same building.

This Barcelona apartment is located in Borne, which has undergone a massive transformation in the past ten years. Borne is now filled with stylish fashion shops, quaint cafes, artisans and restaurants. The area is also mainly pedestrian district - providing a quiet retreat from the hectic city.
