Enjoy this 35m2 Barcelona rental apartment with nice and comfortable living room with TV and stereo and an small balcony, not big enough for sitting though.

In the kitchen you will find any cooking appliance necessary for preparing your own meals, casseroles, plates and microwave and of course a dinning table for your meals. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with comfortable double bed and a closet. The modern bathroom has a shower and a washing machine in case you need it.

The Barcelona apartment is very bright and sunny all day, it is a 4th floor ... with no elevator.

The area where the apartment is located is becoming very trendy. In Rambla del Raval you will find plenty of terraces for enjoying morning breakfast and also different restaurants around for dinner or lunch. Other interesting sightseeing in the area is the Contemporary Art Museum (MACBA), Sant Pau del Camp church or the Maritim Museum.

The Barcelona apartment is well connected to other areas of the city by different metro stations, Paral.lel or Liceu and the famous Ramblas boulevard is just 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
