A charming and bright apartment rental in Barcelona with terrace, located 5 minutes from Plaza Catalunya, the epi-center of Barcelona, and also 5 minutes from Las Ramblas. You couldn't get a more central location. This Barcelona apartment has 3 bedroom: 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with twin beds. The décor is modern and you have a large terrace at your disposal. This apartment rental in Barcelona has two bathrooms one of which is an en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has a TV and DVD player, 2 x armchairs, coffee table, double sofa, dining table and a door to the terrace. There is lots of natural light coming through the French doors into the living room.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
