It would be hard to find a better location. This apartment is a block away from the metro, a supermarket, a pharmacy, lots of restaurants at all price ranges, and a Gaudi. On the down side, the apartment configuration is designed more for families than for friends; One bedroom has an en suite bathroom but the other doesn't. A clothes washer is included, but not a dryer. You will pick up your keys at an office located just off Plaza Catalunya. If you are jet-lagged when you arrive in Barcelona, you may find Catalunya to be disorienting. It is about a 15 minute walk from the office to the apartment. Keep that in mind if you plan to lug your suitcases! The cleanliness of the apartment could be better and the decor would benefit from some updating/repair.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
