Beautiful, modern Barcelona vacation apartment on the second floor (with elevator) of an ancient building with the architectural marvels of Gaudi right on your doorstep. Located only 100 meters from the metro station "Diagonal".

This Passeig de Gracia accommodation has one double bedroom but it is equipped with a sofa bed in the front room, so that it allows 4 people sharing. There is a fully fitted kitchen complete with washing machine and microwave. There is also 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Cancellation Policy

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.

Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.
