Homely, quiet apartment rental in Barcelona with a very relaxing atmosphere, ideal for a family as it is located in the safe area of Eixample. This Barcelona accommodation is bathed with natural light.

Barcelona apartment "Muntaner" has three bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with 2 singles. There are 2 bathrooms with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.

This apartment rental in Barcelona has all modern conveniences: washing machine, dishwasher, DVD player and air conditioning.

The walking time to the Ramblas and the center of Barcelona is around ten minutes. The area itself has many good restaurants and bars and this area is a little more up market and peaceful than the hustle and bustle of the Ramblas. Also in around 15 minutes you can walk to the area of Monjuic. There are several places of interest here. You have the Royal Palace here with fantastic views of Barcelona. There is also the Fuentes de Magica, which are fountains which display colours in time to a variety of different music with everything from Abba to Beethoven. The Joan Miro museum is also located on the hill behind the Palace, who is considered one of Barcelona’s most famous surrealist Catalan painters. You can also experience the Botanical Gardens this is an ongoing experiment to adapt many plants from different countries to the Mediterranean climate.

The location was central and had a supermarket across the road but it was a long walk to the metro. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated.The kitchen had everything you could need and cleaning products. It had a lift in the building and felt like a safe area to stay in. Great value for money and I would stay there again.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
