Detailed description

Living room
There is one sofa bed in the living room, a coffee table, audiovisual equipment and one of the balconies overlooks the street. The dining room has an extendable dining table, with chairs for eight diners. There is a free, unlimited WI-FI internet connection. Audiovisual equipment includes TV, music equipment and DVD.

Bedrooms and bathroom
There are three bedrooms; each one with a double bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large wardrobe and its own balcony. In the living room, the sofa converts to a double bed. The bathroom has a bath with shower, washbasin and toilet.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, fridge, freezer, gas cooker, microwave, coffee machine, juice machine, toaster, blender and kettle.

The breakfast bar with stools is an additional place to eat. The other balcony can also be accessed here.

This apartment also includes:
Central heating, electric heater in the bathroom, electric fan, air conditioning in each room, intercom, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, TV/CD/DVD, free WI-FI internet connection, telephone line available and baby cot. El Born is located between the Barceloneta district and the Via Laietana street. Its main arterial road is the famous Paseo del Born, a charming avenue lined with restaurants, bars and shops at the head of which is the district’s treasure, the Santa María del Mar gothic church.
The port and the beaches are a five minute walk away, 10 minutes to Las Ramblas and 15 minutes to Plaza Catalunya.
