Great vacation apartment in Barcelona located in the gothic quarter, the old part of Barcelona. The apartment is modernist stylus built XVII century, and renovated in the IXX century by the famous Catalan Architect Puig i Cadafalc., and new refurnished.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, with a surprising glass elevator. There are 4 twin beds or two double bed king size, plus a double sofa bed in the living room. 1 bathroom with a shower, a living room with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is rented with bed and table linen, towels... Guests must provide their own beach towels.

In the gothic quarter, you will find the typical tapas bars, museums, shops, etc. The apartment is fully equipped and it has a magnificent balcony and lots of natural sunlight. 5 min walking to “Las Ramblas”, “Borne”, “Santa Maria Del Mar” church.
