Peaceful and bright accommodation in Barcelona in the gothic quarter, 100 meters from las Ramblas and the famous Boqueria market. Located on the second floor (with elevator) of a newly refurbished building with entry-phone.

This apartment in Barcelona La Ramblas has two bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with bunk-beds) and a living room with access to the balcony, comfortable double sofa-bed, sitting and dining area.

There is a modern bathroom with shower and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

On the pedestrianised "Boqueria Street", this accommodation in Barcelona is perfectly located for those wishing to be in the center of all the action. La Ramblas and the fresh-produce market "La Boqueria" are 100 meters away. Behind the apartment is the wonderful Plaza del Pi with its bars and restaurants. The port is a 15 minute walk from here. Nearest metro: Liceu.

Excellent location 2 mins from Las Ramblas with supermarket and bread available very close by. Apartment was clean and tidy and we were able to access the apartment on arrival around 12.30. As we stayed in August the air conditioning was vital. The apartment is compact with rooms off a long corridor ending in the living room/kitchen. There was plenty of room for 4 of us but 6 would be a squeeze. The only reason for 4 not 5 stars was the balcony opening on to an inner courtyard, but this was not really a problem. Overall a well equipped, well located apartment.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 7 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 7 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
