The perfect romantic getaway attic apartment in Barcelona with a 10sqm terrace! Located in the Gothic quarter at the edge of the Born and just accross from the port, this lovely vacation apartment can accommodate up to 3 people traveling together to Barcelona.

You are on the 4th floor of a renovated building on a quiet side street that leads to the Ramblas on one end and the Borne on the other. This self-catering accommodation has a sleeping area with a double bed, a sitting area with a comfortable single sofa-bed, a bathroom with a shower and a kitchnette with all ustensils you'll need to cook a fresh meal.

While this is a small and comfortable vacation apartment the best feature is certainly the terrace where you can enjoy a view of the old post office building to the left and Montjuic to the right.

If you are a larger (well-behaved) group rent it together with Isabel on the 2nd floor!

This vacation apartment in Barcelona is located in the Barri Gòtic, Barcelona's ancient heart and the largest Gothic quarter in Europe. This charming district, which spans out the from the city's main cathedral, is largely pedestrianised, making it a pleasure to stroll around. Inside you'll find some of Barcelona's best bars, restaurants and specialist shops and shady squares such as the Plaça del Pi where you can enjoy an alfresco drink on a terrace-cafe. Major museum such as the Frederic Marés and Museu de la Ciutat are also located within the Barri Gótic.

Las Ramblas, Barcelona's most famous street, is never more than a five-minute walk away from any point of the Barro Gòtic and should you wish to enjoy Barcelona's beaches they are a short stroll away too. For those that would like to cook in this vacation apartment in Barcelona, there are a variety of small supermarkets in the area, and it is served by two main food markets, the Boqueria and Santa Caterina.

If a security deposit is required it will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay (unless damages have occured).
Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 7 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 7 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
