This beautiful Barcelona holiday apartment oozes charm and tranquillity.  With its large picturesque French windows to both the lounge at the front and the bedroom at the rear, natural light is in abundance. You are in the fashionable district of Gracia in Barcelona with its trendy bars, restaurants and cafés.

The living area of this Barcelona holiday apartment consists of a beautiful dark wood extendable table with leather dining chairs.  There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and a comfortable leather sofa that easily converts into a double bed. The French windows open to a balcony overlooking the street below, a perfect spot for watching the world go by.

The large bedroom is equipped with a queensize bed and ample built-in fitted wardrobe space.  The bathroom includes double sized shower, basin and WC.  Apart from providing a complete set of kitchenware, the modern fully enclosed kitchen is also fully equipped with Ceramic hob and fan oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle.

The apartment is located on a semi-pedestrianised street in the highly fashionable district of Gracia in Barcelona.  Close by there are many bars, restaurants and cafes in the surrounding streets and beautiful plazas offering a multitude of cuisines and styles.

For those who enjoy the retail experience you will find everything you could want close by - from exclusive designer boutiques offering stunning clothes, shoes and jewellery, to art galleries, bookshops and florists.  This is all in an eclectic mix with local bakers, patisseries, groceries and delicatessens.

The nearest Metro station is Fontana, a mere 400 metres away, on L3, the green line, and is only a few minutes ride to the very heart of the city.  Alternatively, Joanic Metro station is also nearby and will take you on L4 (yellow line) to the beaches.   For those of you who would prefer to walk you can find yourself strolling down the glorious tree lined Passeige de Gracia, passing some of Gaudi’s wonderful architectural dreams-come-true on your way.
