Huge 95 m2 Barcelona holiday apartment with roof-top terrace, located on the 4th floor of a building with elevator, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 to the heart of the historical Borne area: the Santa Maria del Mar church.

This short term rental in Barcelona can accommodate up to 6 people traveling together in 3 bedrooms: 1 is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the second is a bedroom with twin beds and the thrid another double bedroom. There is a second bathroom with a bathtub.

The large living room of this Barcelona holiday apartment comes with an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area, a dining area and a TV (local channels). This short-term rental also benefits from WI-FI internet and air-conditioning.

The terrace is on the roof of the building, it is a common terrace but every neighbour has his own part and it is equipped with garden furniture. Nearly no-one in the building use this terrace - apart from our clients!
