This Barcelona holiday apartment located in a noble building in noble area just behind the city's town hall. Façade recently renovated. 200 meters from the Ramblas in tranquil zone. 2nd floor, no elevator.

The Barcelona vacation rental is spacious and comfortable 65 m2 flat with two bedrooms: one with two singles and the other with a double bed along with the sofa bed comfortably lodging up to 6 people. One of 4 flats in same building. Fully equipped American style kitchen with ample salon, bathroom, parquet floors throughout, high ceilings, AC and heat,  corner balcony give plenty of natural light.
