Designer Barcelona apartment rental with balcony, located behind the Picasso museum in the trendy and chic Borne district. Strategic location to be walking distance to the beach, the gothic quarter, the port and the parc.

Located on a the first floor of a historic building this accommodation in Borne has restored wooden-ceiling, original stone walls and parquet floors. The fully equipped designer kitchen is open-plan and there is a dining table for 4.

The bright living-room comes with a comfortable double sofa-bed and the bedroom with twin beds. The bathroom has a bathtub.

About Barcelona Borne

This designer Barcelona apartment rental is located in the heart of the Borne district, just around the corner from the lively Paseo del Born. The best restaurants can be found here and in the summer people spill out onto the cafés terraces. Just 50 meters away is the incredible Gothic Church of Sta. Maria del Mar. Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.

Within 7 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 7 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
