This is a large 4 bedroom family Barcelona apartment, which can comfortably sleep seven people. Centrally located, from this Barcelona rental everything is easily reached by foot and there is also a metro station 3 minutes away (metro: girona).

This Barcelona apartment has 4 bedrooms all with single beds. There is also 2 double sofa-beds in the living room. All the bedrooms have wardrobes, night tables and reading lamps. There are 2 bathrooms both with shower and toilets.

The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is a very nice balcony.

Its ideal location and wonderful settings make this large 4 bedroom family Barcelona apartment a great place to spend your Barcelona vacation. All the important sights and attractions are easily reached from here and there is also a convenient metro station a few meters away (metro: girona). If it’s Gaudi you're after, then you could not be in a more ideal location. You are just five minutes from the Pedrera and the Casa Batllo. In the other direction a 15 minutes walk will take you to Gaudi’s most important creation, the unfinished cathedral, The Sagrada Familia. Also a ten minute walk away is the famous Ramblas with its shops, restaurants and plethora of street performers making it a colourful and interesting place to visit and a must see in Barcelona.

Overall, this apt was a very good value. It is 2 blocks from Casa Mila. Very clean, but plain. We were glad to have a washing machine, having had spent 5 days in Lisbon prior to arriving in Barcelona. It was a new experience for us, hanging the wash out to dry. The walls are very thin, and we could easily hear people in the living room, when in the master bedroom. There is a grocery store 2 streets away, and a small store around the corner for groceries.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 14 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the full rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.

Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
