This spacious Barcelona holiday accommodation is located centrally in the hip area of Borne. The short-term rental was completely renovated in 2001 and combines the conveniences of a modern apartment while maintaining the typical Barcelonan style.

This Barcelona apartment has one double room with a double bed and a double room with bunk beds. The bathroom is spacious and includes a shower. The large living room is ideal for entertaining and comes with digital TV. For larger groups, the living room includes a sofa bed, which can sleep up to two extra people (6 total). The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, kitchen utensils, etc.

The apartment is located in same building as Borne Jacuzzi and can provide an ideal accommodation for larger groups looking to stay together.

The Barcelona holiday apartment is located on the famous street of Sant Pere. This is one of Barcelona’s most picturesque and trendy areas. Discover the numerous plazas, restaurants, cafes churches that Borne has to offer.

The neighborhood dates back to the 9th century and revolves mainly around the Monastery of Sant Pere de Puelles, which is conveniently located just 50m from the accommodation. Other areas of interest within a short walk are the Picasso Museum, the Biblioteca Francesca Bonmaison, the Arc del Triomf, the city's main park - Parc del Ciutadella, Palau de Musica.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
