This design Barcelona holiday apartment is located on two levels and has just been renovated, very cosy and well equipped.

The double bedroom is on the second floor with a comfortable double bed and a closet. Going down the desing stairs, you get into the lower floor with the living room (tv / dvd) and the open kitchen fully equipped.

On the ground floor there is also the bathroom with a nice shower and access to the patio where you can store personal things and also do your laundry.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating and you access to it directly from the street through a nice iron door.

Located in the heart of Borne, in a very small pedestrian street, extremely quiet and at 2 minutes from the parc de la Ciudadela and the main boulevard Passeig del Borne.

Plaça Catalunya and the cathedral are just at 5 minutes walking distance and no matter where you have to go since there are several metro stops nearby!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
