This Barcelona apartment has been recently renovated inside and out and the area is bustling during the day, quiet at night and extremely safe. With its south facing terrace for maximum light, this accommodation offers a relaxing launch pad for discovering Barcelona!

The apartment comprised of one double bedroom and a double sofa bed allowing for 4 guests in a comfy ambience. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and there is a full kitchen and full bathroom. There's also a TV, CD/Radio, clothes washe and parquet flooring throughout.

Located in the core of Barcelona for those who live here, just off the intersection of Diagonal and Paseo de Gracia. This apartment is incredibly central, however it's not located in the middle of the tourist bustle; here you can enjoy optimal access to the Eixample, best known for the works of Antonio Gaudi seen heading down Paseo de Gracia.

Nearby is the Barrio Gracia, a cornocopia of culture offering many ethnic restaurants in a Bohemian Catalan neighborhood. Heading down the semi pedestrian streets Enrique Granados or Rambla Catalunya one enjoys a sight filled 20 minute stroll to the famous tourist magnet, Las Ramblas. Among the many nightlife options in the immediate area it is worth mentioning Calle Tuset and Muntaner just parallel where one can find live music at Luz de Gas and dancing at Bucaro and many other discotheques.
