This luxury apartment in Barcelona is a newly renovated luxurious Barcelona apartment of 50 square meters, newly furnished, and full of warm Mediterranean light with four balconies, two windows and charming decor.

The apartment can sleep up to four people, with one double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the living room. It is fully outfitted with kitchen appliances, a modern bathroom and all the standard conveniences for a comfortable stay.

The apartment has a large living room area with a sofa bed and TV, plus a small kitchen. There's also a dining area where you can enjoy meals prepared in the apartment. The apartment features the characteristic original wooden beam ceilings, but is furnished with brand new furniture and fittings. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (with lift).

Charming old streets paved with stones, restored historic buildings, luxury stores and bars, and streets full of fashionable people. The district is between the historic Gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, and the enormous covered market “Mercado del Borne,” where significant archaeological remains have recently been uncovered.

The luxury apartment is in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, on a famous street full of historic buildings and close to all of the interesting monuments in Barcelona. It's situated in the trendy neighborhood of El Born, with its artisan cafes and bars, clubs and restaurants, art galleries and museums - including the Picasso Museum, Textile Museum and even the Chocolate Museum.

The Cathedral of Barcelona is just a short walk away, as is the famous Placa Sant Jaume, home of the Catalan Government headquarters. A short five-minute walk will take you to Las Ramblas, where you can enjoy the variety of shops, cafes and attractions of Barcelona's most famous promenade.
