A beautiful holiday Barcelona apartment penthouse (90m2 or 965 ft2), located in a small exclusive passage between Las Ramblas and Plaza Real. Both street entrances are locked every night from 8pm. to 8am. to assure the safety of the residents. The building itself is a modernist work of art, recently renovated, and has a porter.

The Barcelona apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, and is very quiet considering its location. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom, and a spacious living room furnished with two sofa-beds and a dining table. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom.

This apartment is located just off Las Ramblas, close to Plaza Real where all the most popular night clubs are. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, shops and boutiques, banks, etc. Barceloneta beach is within 15 minutes walk.

The Barcelona rental apartment is a perfect base for sight-seeing and night-life. Most tourist attractions and major city sites are within a walking distance, or at worst - 10 minutes by public transport. Metro and bus stations are near by, and it's easy to find a taxi.
