This holiday apartment in Barcelona is located in the heart of the city: the Gothic Quarter.

It is in the 3rd (no lift) and it is divided into three parts. This apartment comfortably sleeps 5 or 6 guests. On one side of the apartment is the living room, which is very bright thanks to its large windows, and also includes a balcony with a patio. In the entrance is the dining room, which also has a double sofa bed. The main bedroom, on the opposite side, has a double bed, and also has its own balcony. The bathroom is situated just between the two bedrooms, and includes a bathtub.
Finally, the kitchen is spacious, and fully equiped (oven, microwave, kettle, and all dishes.)

This is a perfect holiday rental for a group of friends eager to visit Barcelona.

The Barcelona Barri Gotic area is also known as the Gothic Quarter and is the area in which the old town of Barcelona is situated. The streets vary considerably in style but the old quarter is generally characterized by narrow cobbled streets with tall old buildings.

Picasso lived and worked in Barri Gotic from 1895 to 1904 and Joan Miró was born and lived here during his youth.

Barri Gotic is situated on the right hand side of the La Rambla as we look toward Placa de Catalunya. La Rambla is the famous 1.2 KM pedestrianized walkway that is consider to be the very centre of Barcelona.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 25% of the booking deposit is reimbursed.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented. Every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 50% service charge and not be liable for the 1 nights rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
