This holiday apartment in Barcelona is located in an old historical building and has wooden floors throughout, as well as stunning original features such as wooden beams, 4 balconies make the apartment complete exterior and full of Mediterranean light.
The Barcelona apartment has a surface of 120 sqm and can sleep up to 7-8 people, brand-new refurnished. This apartment is a lot bigger than the general offer in Barcelona!

The apartment itself can sleep up to 6 people comfortably and occasionally we accept 8 persons, with 2 double bedroom with 1 double bed each, one single bedroom with a single bed and two double sofa bed in the living room.

There are 2 bathrooms, one of them large and complete with bathtub and shower, wc and washbasin and the other one with shower, wc and washbasin. Big kitchens fully outfitted with kitchen equipment and table for breakfast.

The Barcelona apartment captures the typical characteristics of the Born Quarter old building. The building (build in 1800) is been renovate to strict rules and guidelines which conserves the historic façade of the ancient gothic quarter. Is located in a beautiful and famous pedestrian street called Portal del Angel. We can tell you that this street is considered one of the most beautiful streets of Barcelona.

The holiday apartment in Barcelona is located at the top of the squeare, close to hot shopping boulevard Passeig de Gracia, home of Gaudi’s casa Batlló. At the other corner,the “strip” of barcelona, Las Ramblas, leading down to the port.

This is the top of Gotico, the most popular and historic of the city districts. All major attractions, like the beach, the museums and the arquitecture within walking distance.
From the Barcelona apartment a short 5 minute walk will have you in the heart of the Gothic Quarter and el Born; this very trendy area is one of Barcelona's oldest neighbourhoods.
