Vacation Rental Description

Our brand new Modern style condo is in the Thonburi area of Bangkok and can be your home away from home as you explore this exotic, exciting City. Located a short disance from the brand new BTS Skytrain extension from which you can easily travel about the city above the traffic, the condo is 56 sq m in size and is on the 13th floor of a new building. There is a Contemporary Thai Living Room with Balcony and a View of the City, Dining Room, Kitchen (with Refrigerator, Cooktop, Microwave, Crockery, Cutlery and Glasses), Master Bedroom with Luxury Bedding and a View of the City, Air Conditioning and Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower. Includes TV with Cable, DVD player, Stereo with CD Player, High Speed Internet and Safe. 

The public facilities include a swimming pool, complimentary fully equipped fitness center and health spa, café, laundry and 24 hour mini-market. It is a short walk to the Mall which includes many restaurants and specialty stores as well as a Grocery Store and Department Store.

PLEASE NOTE: The BTS Skytrain Extension is not yet open so taxi is required. We can assist with arranging transportation to and from the airport as well as taxis on call.  The condo does operate a shuttle to the river pier for 10 Baht (30 cents U.S.) per person.

Credit card or check deposit of one night is required to secure booking. Full Payment required prior to check in.
