On the ground level, there are the open-air living and dining areas, the kitchen, 3 bedrooms and the pool deck. The main dining area has a table that can seat 12 guests and a sitting area, wired for sound with a Bose CD player and comfortably furnished with deeply cushioned sofas and a coffee table. The open- plan kitchen has state-of-the-art cooking facilities including an imported oven and five-burner hob and a central island. Guests are welcome to cook at any time together with the chef or on their own.

Both of these rooms share a large bathroom with a bathtub with a rain shower.
The roof-top level has 2 additional en-suite bedrooms, a TV room / study, and an abundance of open-air space for lounging, dining, reclining and relishing the extraordinary 180° views.
