Just a few minute’s walk to a golden coconut-lined beach is this four bedroom villa in Bali located in Batu Belig within Seminyak on Bali’s southern tip.  Completed in 2010 and designed to be both relaxing and stylish, the villa which exudes an exotic atmosphere and distinctive Balinese charm has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

This extremely private holiday rental in Seminyak – which was designed by one of Bali’s premier architects is furnished with leather, recycled teak and other beautiful organic materials, as well as a remarkable collection of fine art and Majapahit period stone carvings. 

The property features a living room and dining room pavilion, a four bedroom pavilion, an entertainment room and business centre and an open air 'bale' lounge pavilion in the spacious gardens with a 16-metre swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi.

In the 2-storey pavilion, there are 2 master king-size bedrooms downstairs and 1 master king-size bedroom upstairs with a twin bedroom next door.  Each has a spacious dressing area, satellite TV, air conditioning, a safe deposit box, and a Wi-Fi Internet connection.  All bathrooms are en-suite and have walk-in showers and 2 of the bathrooms have a bathtub.

The living-dining-kitchen area is all open-plan and overlooks the pool area.  There is a dining table with seating for 8 guests and the kitchen is fully-equipped and for guests’ use while the service kitchen to the back is used by the staff.

Thepool deck area is complete with a 12m x 4m swimming pool, sun beds and loungers.  Positioned in a quiet spot on the far side is an open-side ‘bale’ pavilion with a BOSE sound system. One side of the ‘bale’ is dedicated to alfresco dining and furnished with a teak dining table and the other side is complete with a large u-shaped cushioned sitting and sleeping area and includes a 45” flat screen TV.  Located close to the bale is a gas barbeque grill and fridge.

The air-conditioned multi-purpose room features a BOSE surround sound home theatre, a play area for children and business centre. It is fitted with an L-shaped built-in wood desk, a large comfortable L-shaped sofa and a 48” satellite-channel flat screen TV, DVD player and BOSE digital sound system.

The villa is fully-staffed with 1 manager, 2 cooks, 2 butlers, 1 gardener, 1 pool attendant and 4 security guards.

This four bedroom villa in Bali is nestled in the heart of Batubelig area in the greater Seminyak and just 100 metres from Batubelig Beach.

Batubelig Beach is quiet and peaceful while Seminyak Beach is much livelier and a fun place for people watching. All along this coastline the waves are huge and the domain of the surfers. The expansive beach is a place where the local and expatriate communities gather every evening to enjoy Bali’s legendary sunsets and where guests may chance upon Balinese Hindu ceremonies involving offerings cast into the sea.

Seminyak and the neighbouring area of Petitenget boast a plethora of chic cocktail bars, exciting nightclubs, sumptuous spas, fashionable boutiques and famous restaurants including Ku De Ta, Nutmegs at Hu’u, La Lucciola, Sarong and Sardine.

There are a number of simple warungs (eateries) within easy walking distance of the villa and it is just down the street from the famous Métis fine dining restaurant and the equally famous but more casual Naughty Nuri’s Warung barbeque rib house.

This holiday rental in Seminyak offers easy access up to the mountains and rice terraces on the western slopes; it is 80 minutes from the famous cultural and artistic town of Ubud, and just 5 minutes from the start of the Sunset Route – the gateway to the eastern side of the island.

The nearby ‘Nirwana Bali Golf Course’ was designed by Greg Norman, and voted the number 1 golf course in Asia; it is situated beside the dramatic, waved-lashed sea temple of Tanah Lot. For horse lovers, the ‘Umalas Equestrian Centre’ is just a few kilometres away to the north.

The villa is only a 30-minute drive from the international airport.
