The dramatic holiday accommodation in Seminyak is decorated in neutral and harmonious tones and consists of a 2-storey main building and features 3 bedrooms, a dining area and an entertainment room, a separate pavilion that functions as an open-air living room and a separate guesthouse that features 2 large ocean bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

In the main building there is a luxurious and air-conditioned master suite with a king-size bed and also features a dressing area, an open-air bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and access to a private plunge pool.  The second bedroom is located on the ground floor and the third bedroom is located on the second level.  Both of these bedrooms have a king-size bed, a terrace, a dressing area and an open-air bathroom with a shower.

The spacious and partially open dining area features an antique dining room table with seating for 12 guests and captures a beautiful view of the ocean.  The entertainment room has comfortable couches and loveseats and is complete with a new plasma TV with Satellite, a DVD player and a stereo system.

The kitchen is located in an adjacent building joined to the dining area by a narrow bridge over a small lotus pond.  It is fully-equipped with a commercial stove, a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine.  The villa includes kitchen staff; however guests are also free to use the kitchen as well.

The guesthouse closer to the beach has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms offering panoramic views, open-air bathrooms – both with an outdoor shower and an indoor bathtub and an outside lounge area.  One bedroom has a king-size bed and the other bedroom has a twin bed.

Directly in front of the main building there is a large, traditional Balinese-style thatched-roof, covered pavilion which boasts and open-air experience and provides an informal living area for relaxing or taking in the sunsets and overlooks the swimming pool and the beach.  The pool area is situated in flourishing surroundings and a manicured garden with palm trees, lotus ponds and boasts 3 ancient temples dedicated to the favored Hindu gods.

Guests benefit from telephone and fax facilities, Internet access and parking as well as a large household staff including a Villa Manager, an Assistant Manager, 4 Senior Cooks plus 2 kitchen staff, 6 villa attendants, 5 security guards, 6 gardeners and pool attendants.
