Off a peaceful cul-de-sac in the chic urban village of Petitenget of Bali’s southwest coast, this charming four bedroom Bali holiday villa is set amongst tropical settings, covers 1,100 square metres and is within walking distance to Petitenget’s crashing waves and Bali’s most stylish dining venues, nightspots and shops.  The accommodation which can sleep up to 9 guests is comprised of 2 separate buildings hugging a gorgeous free-form pool within lush gardens.

This short-term rental in Seminyak boasts sunlight-drenched interiors focusing on comfort and is furnished in simple and tasteful style with calming spiritual elements throughout.  In the main building, the single-storey open-sided and open-plan living–dining area leads to a self-contained kitchen and TV room, plus a covered garden courtyard.  This area adjoins a double-storey accommodation wing containing 1 master bedroom downstairs and 2 interconnecting bedrooms above.  The separate single-storey pavilion annex features 2 en-suite bedrooms.

All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned.  The master suite has direct pool access via glass doors and is furnished with a king-size bed and has an indoor bathroom with a bathtub and an outdoor rain shower.  The upstairs guest bedroom, which connects to a further bedroom that can be used for a nanny or a child’s bedroom, has a deck with chairs that overlooks the pool.  The room has a king-size bed and an indoor/outdoor bathroom with a shower.  Small and functional, the nanny or child’s room provides one single bed and shares a bathroom with the guest bedroom.

Located in the single-storey pavilion annex are the 2 other bedrooms.  Both have a queen-size bed with an open-sided bathroom with a rain shower.  There is a timber terrace with chairs between the 2 bedrooms.

The living, dining and kitchen area has a spacious open layout.  The living area features 2 teak sofas while the dining area has a dining table with seating for 10 guests.  The kitchen is well-equipped and leads to a TV room that has an L-shaped sofa and floor cushions.

The main villa and pavilion annex face the manicured and lush vegetation of the outside pool, garden and bale area.  The 12x4m swimming pool features a shallow children’s section and is surrounded by a timbered deck with 4 sun-loungers, as well as rattan table and chairs.  There is an outdoor shower.  To the right is the bale which contains 2 massage beds for relaxing treatments in a blissful poolside setting. The private property is encircled by walls and edged with luscious plants and foliage.

This four bedroom Bali holiday villa is tucked away down a cul-de-sac in the village of Petitenget in the Seminyak district on the southwest coast of Bali.  Still maintaining Balinese local life it is also considered one of Bali’s most sought-after and cosmopolitan areas and crammed with world-class gourmet restaurants, designer spas, boutiques and hip nightspots – all within walking distance, while beautiful Petitenget Beach, with its renowned beach clubs, Indian Ocean surf and fabulous sunsets, is a pebbles’ throw away.

Petitenget is the most visited part of the island for both tourism and business purposes.  A wide choice of internationally-acclaimed fine dining restaurants, including the famous KudeTa, Hu’u, Living Room, La Lucciola, and Sarong are within walking distance.

This short-term rental in Seminyak is also close toone of Bali’s most sacred Hindu temples, Pura Petitenget, the fourth largest temple in Bali, where some of the most spectacular Balinese ceremonies may often be witnessed.
