Located in the traditional village of Tiyingtutul and blessed with beautiful rural views is this private four bedroom Bali villa with a pool.  The two-storey building which can accommodate up to 8 guests is comprised of an open-plan living and dining area flanked by a fully-equipped feature kitchen, an upstairs sitting room and 4 bedrooms – each  with an en-suite bathroom – one of which is situated in a self- contained guest pavilion.

This short-term rental accommodation which is distinguished by its contemporary tropical architecture, fresh white walls, lime washed teak doors and structural elements is complimented with stylish modern furnishings and amenities.  Three of the bedrooms have a king-size bed and one of the bedrooms has 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king bed.  All of the bathrooms have a rain shower and 3 of them have a bathtub.

Other features include a wide upstairs balcony and a sunny ground floor terrace that extends into a gorgeous garden that slopes down to a 12-metre swimming pool complete with a pool bar.

The trendy Seminyak area is just a 25-minute drive from the villa, presenting an exciting nightlife, together with an abundance of boutiques, luxurious spas, and internationally acclaimed restaurants, including the famous Ku de Ta, ‘Kafé Warisan, La Lucciola and Sarong restaurants.

The short-term rental accommodation offers easy access to the mountains and rice terraces on the western slopes of the island, and is just a 25-minute drive to the Sunset Road – the gateway to the eastern side of the island.
