This contemporary and Balinese architectural design large four bedroom Bali villa with a pool is situated in a peaceful oasis in a gated area accessed through the prestigious “Club at The Legian” and 400 metres from the beach in the upmarket Seminyak area on Bali’s southwest coast.  The spacious villa is comprised of a two-storey building with a wraparound balcony incorporates 4 air-conditioned bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms and is adjacent to a single-storey, thatched pavilion which houses the living and dining area, a TV room and a modern kitchen.

With a blend of both modern and traditional elements, this splendid and fully refurbished rental accommodation in Seminyak can comfortably sleep up to 12 people and is a wonderful option for a large group of friends or families. 

In the two-storey building, the master suite encompasses the ground floor.  There is a king-size bed, a sitting area with a daybed, satellite TV and a DVD player and doors open onto a covered veranda overlooking the garden.  Accessed via sliding doors from the bedroom, is the grand en-suite bathroom which features a dressing room, a bathtub, a double vanity and a walk-in shower.  The 3 guest bedrooms are located on the upper floor.  The “Poster Room” has a 4-poster, king-size bed and the Kids’ Room has a bunk bed where up to 5 children can easily sleep with an extension that can be converted into a king-size bedroom.  Both of the rooms have views of the garden.  On the south side of the villa is a smaller Zen Room furnished with a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower.  Two of the en-suite bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs, and all three have walk-in rain showers.

In the adjacent building there is the expansive living and dining areas characterized by the soaring thatched roof, terrazzo floor and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that run along one side that can open to create an open-air, tropical living experience beside the garden and swimming pool.  It is also complete with 6 ceiling fans or air conditioning as options.  At one side of the room is a dining table, comfortably seating 10-12 on funky double seats fashioned from cowhide. The centre of the living pavilion is furnished with two deeply cushioned sofas and an antique coffee table, and at the far side is a hammock-style swinging daybed suspended on chains from the roof.  The kitchen is fully-equipped with modern amenities and staffed with a chef and a cook.

The media room is situated on the ground floor next to the living and dining area and features an L-shaped couch with a 45" satellite-channel TV, complete with DVD/CD player and a good selection of DVDs. Wi-Fi Internet access is available throughout the villa.

The sizeable gardens showcase a terraced lawn and a private 14-metre swimming pool, together with a poolside ‘bale’ relaxation pavilion.

Guests benefit from satellite TV/DVD in each room, iPod/iPod docking stations, local calls, a safety deposit box in each bedroom, a media room, a barbecue, a DVD/CD collection, complimentary 8 hours in a 7-seater car (excluding gas) and parking.

The villa is a member of the Canggu Club (Bali's first country club) and guests are eligible to use the club facilities, which include a full gym & spa, tennis & squash courts, football pitch, large pool and all its F&B facilities.
