There are 3 luxurious bedrooms (each with a king-size, 4-poster bed) on the main floor in this holiday accommodation in Umalas which are accessed by an intriguing passageway from the living and dining area.  The passageway – with a glass-pitched roof and stone floor – has a shelf that runs along one side displaying a collection of natural rocks.

The master bedroom, which is split level, has a private garden and a semi, open-air en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.  The second and third bedroom decorated with an abundance of teak share a bathroom that can be accessed by doors from both bedrooms.  There are 2 sinks and a walk-in shower with a view to a private garden.  Each bedroom has a wardrobe and a safe deposit box.

The living area – with teak flooring and an ironwood shingle roof lined with rattan – is open to the garden with two distinct sitting areas furnished with built-in cushioned sofas, rustic coffee tables and a mini-fridge.  Three steps lead down to the semi-, open-air dining room which features a pebble rock floor and a table with 8 chairs.

A stairway leads from the living area to an open mezzanine entertainment lounge with a built-in sofa, a 21” cable-channel TV, a DVD player and sound system.  The self-contained kitchen has black granite work surfaces and teak cabinets and is well-equipped with modern appliances including an oven, a gas hob and a microwave.

An immaculate lawn rolls down a gentle slope leading to the swimming pool and deck furnished with sun beds and a covered pavilion for the utmost relaxation.

Guests also benefit from a BBQ, an Internet connection, air conditioning and bed linens and towels.
