Vacation Rental Description

Villa Dasarata is situated in Candi Dasa. Candi Dasa lays on the South East Coast of Bali at approximately 60 km from Denpasar. It is a nice, small, cosy and quiet tourist village far away from the hectic Kuta and Sanur areas. The beaches are white and there is a splendid coral reef for diving and snorkeling. Lots of small shops, bars, restaurants and some international hotels guarantee the necessary entertainment.

The site lays at appr. 200 m from the village and direct on the sea shore. The property for sale/for rent is part of a small residential development of 5 houses. This complex has a total surface of 5.500 m2 and is by a wall fully separated from the surroundings. Access to the village is by private lane and Balinese gate (Angkul-angkul). The complex has its own water supply by natural well and electricity supply by PLN (National Indonesian Electricity Company) with own back-up genset in case of power fall. The complex has €pean management and professionally trained Balinese staff.

About me: In december 1998 we went for the first time to Bali. We were so pleased by the island and its population that we decided to spend our summer holiday 1999 in Bali as well. In this summer the idea came up to build a house of our own on Bali. In september 1999 we have bought a site in Candidasa on which we planned 5 villa's. 4 smaller ones and 1 bigger with guesthouses. The four we sold to friends and we kept the bigger one. Since than we spend as much holidays as possible on Bali but nevertheless the house is empy for long periods of time. That's were we decided to rent out our property.
