This new and exclusive beachfrontLombok four bedroom villa is situated on 1.5 hectares under an array of coconut trees on a natural and pristine beach at the tip of the Tandjung peninsulaon the beautiful island east of Bali.  A fantastic getaway retreat for families, friends or couples, Anandita, which means “Happiness” can comfortably sleep up to 15 guests. 

Designed by the renowned Australian architect, John Lincoln, this holiday accommodation in Lombok Island, which preserves the harmony and tranquility of this fabulous setting with natural construction materials, consists of a central pavilion with a living room, an open-air pavilion with a dining room and a kitchen, and 4 separate bedroom pavilions.

All 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, with sea and pool views feature a mini-fridge, a safe , a TV and DVD player and a ceiling fan.  Sliding glass doors open to the front of each pavilion with chairs and sun umbrellas.  Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 (the largest) feature a king-size bed and 2 single beds and are equipped with a TV and DVD player.  Bedrooms 1 and 2 have sliding glass doors off of the back of the en-suite bathroom with a bathtub that leads to a private walled garden equipped with an outdoor shower.  Bedroom 3 has a large enclosed en-suite bathroom with a rain shower.  Bedroom 4 has a king-size bed and 1 single bed and has an outdoor garden bathroom with a sunk-in terrazzo bathtub

The living room is furnished with sofas and a billiards table and has a wide terrace that opens on to the pool and overlooks the garden.  Through a corridor of lotus-filled ponds is a large open dining room with teak table seating up to 12 guests. A modern and fully-equipped kitchen is only a few steps away.  It consists of 2 separate cooking areas, one for the guests who enjoy cooking and a back area for the staff. A long bar table with high chairs is ideal for morning breakfast or evening aperitif.

On a timber deck, there is a “Bale” pavilion which overlooks the beach and is furnished with sun beds.  There is also a dining table with chairs for al fresco meals.

In the outside pool and garden area there is a spectacular swimming pool (26m), Jacuzzi and waterfall set within lush grass gardens and tropical trees and plants.

This Lombok four bedroom villa is located in front of the beach on 1.5 hectares in plush settings just east of Bali and across from the famous Gili Islands.  As Lombok is a small island you will be able to explore all of the key attractions including local markets, Mount Rinjani volcano, temples, mosques, sandy beaches, markets and more.

It is located next to the Kosaido 18-hole golf course and about a 5-minute boat ride to Gili Islands. 

This holiday accommodation in Lombok Island is about 30 minutes away from the tourist resort town of Sengigi, 15 minutes away from Tandjung and 5 minutes away from the famous 5-star Oberoi Hotel.

It takes about 40 minutes by car to get to the Mataram’s Selaparang Airport.
