Choose a holiday apartment in Bali Nusa Dua

Nusa Dua is a lovely headland on the southern-eastern tip of Bali. It features pristine white sand beaches, gentle waters protected by an offshore reef, and some of the most opulent hotels in Bali. Many tourists prefer to get accommodation in Nusa Dua because the area is extremely safe and quite peaceful compared to other parts of southern Bali. Here, the beaches are clean, the ocean is calm, and visitors can leave their worries behind them.

What to See and Do in Nusa Dua
Nusa Dua is famous for its 5-kilometer long beach promenade that follows the shore past the big resorts in the area. This is a very pleasant place to take an afternoon walk or a sunset stroll. Serious golfers will love the 18-hole Bali Golf and Country Club, where guests can tee off overlooking the ocean, sip a cool drink in the clubhouse, or pamper themselves at the luxurious spa.

Nusa Dua is also a short drive away from one of Bali's most sacred temples. Uluwatu is a stunning multi-tiered temple perched atop a cliff overlooking the sea. Every night local dancers perform the traditional Balinese Kecak and Fire Dance on the temple grounds as the sun sinks over the sea and the surf crashes against the cliffs.

Dining in Nusa Dua
One of the best things about staying in Nusa Dua is the access to fabulous brunches and buffets at the resorts along the beach. Most of the big hotels here offer massive weekend brunch spreads of fresh tropical fruit, delicate pastries, savory sliced meats, Indonesian and Western dishes, and decadent desserts. Many hotels will allow guests who are not staying at the hotel to dine there for a set price.

Nusa Dua is also close to number of small fishing villages, so there are plenty of small and medium-sized restaurants serving fresh seafood caught that day. For visitors who want to try their hand at cooking their own seafood, Bumbu Bali offers popular cooking courses that include a trip to the local seafood market, a fascinating lesson on how to prepare Balinese dishes, and a tasty lunch. Bumbu Bali also offers lunch and dinner service where guests can dine on classic Balinese dishes.
