Once you enter this large 3 bedroom Cabo San Lucas apartment, the view gives you the tone: 180 degree view of the sea of Cortes and Jack Nicklaus (7th and 8th hole) famous Golf course. Get ready for the sunset.. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The two master bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds and have en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two twin beds and its private bathroom Each bedroom is facing the ocean. You have private access to a 180 degree view terrace and it's outdoor jacuzzi ! The apartment is equipped with flats screen TV, cable and internet..but would you even need to watch TV with that view ? All rooms are very well decorated to provide a wonderful stay for a party of one to six people. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 45 days prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.
Within 45 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for full amount of the rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
