This quite bungalow style cottage gives visitors to Eleuthera a real taste of island living. Located on quiet North Palmetto Point at the Double Bay end of Banks Road, this haven is the perfect place for relaxation.

2. Thanksgiving/Christmas and New Year's wks - $ 1500/week
3. Short term rental - $250 per night (3 night min)
4. Please note that a $250 refundable damage deposit is required.
5. 50 percent deposit due upon booking with the balance due 60 day's prior to arriving.
6. No pets without prior approval.
