Hotel Description

The Seascape Inn is a Beachfront Inn offering a variety of activities including Snorkeling, Biking, Kayaking, Birdwatching, Bonefishing and just plain Relaxing. Explore the many Blue Holes and Patch Reefs just off shore. The snorkeling is great and you never know what you'll see! Bonefish the flat in front of the Inn or arrange for a guide. Relaxing in a hammock with a tropical drink is always a good option!

You have the choice of one Queen or two Extra Long Twin beds providing flexibility for groups. All cabanas accommodate a maximum of two people. Each cabana faces the beach, has a private bath, ceiling fan and deck.

The Seascape Inn's beachfront restaurant, The Barefoot Bar and Grill, offers great food and spectacular ocean views. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are serverd daily.With over 20 years catering and restaurant experience we offer expertly prepared meals in a casual atmosphere. We believe that fine food starts with the best ingredients and ends with unpretentious meals cooked to order. With our far reaching experience it is not necessary to limit our dinner menu to one choice. Instead we offer several choices daily.

About Bahamas Andros

There is good fishing on the flats in front of the Inn. We have a tide chart available so you can check what time is best to hit the flats. We can also provide you with names of independent bonefishing guides who can take you out bonefishing for the day.

There are blue holes and patch reefs just off shore that are great for snorkeling. You can swim or walk to some & others you can reach by kayak. There are no clearly marked trails for hiking however there is usually someone available who can take you on a hike through the undeveloped back country and show you some inland caves and blue holes. There is one semi-marked trail that leads to an inland blue hole that you can try on your own. The terrain is quite rough so it is important to bring good walking/hiking shoes or sneakers, lightweight long pants and long sleeved shirts.

You will find several varieties of beautiful birds. The Bahamas National Trust Ornithological Club stayed with us and noted over 50 different varieties of birds just walking the island so bring your binoculars. The Inn offers complimentary shared use of our coaster bikes & inflatable kayaks. There are also several water floats available.
