Pierre & Vacances now has four residences in Avoriaz including the Falaise, a large residence boasting almost 300 comfortable apartments spread around several building. Boasting wonderful views of the Morzine valley, the residence is also ideally located near the entrance to the resort, the car parks and night life. Direct access to the ski lifts plus catering formulas available.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning to your arrival date, 10% of the total is retained
within 30 days prior to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 30 and 15 days prior to your arrival, 25% of the total is retained.
within 14 day and 8 days prior to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 14 and 8 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total is retained.
within 7 days or less to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 7 days or less to your arrival, 100% of the total is retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
