Avoriaz Building Description
This recently refurbished vacation residence in Avoriaz is situated in the Les Crozats district. On the hills above the resort, the self-catering accommodation enjoys an uninterrupted view over the Morzine valley. It offers a direct access to the slopes on skis and is linked to the heart of the resort and to shops by lifts. The reception are is open daily and sevices included ski lockers and an on-site hamman. The Avoriaz ski area surrounding this self-catering accommodation boasts 75 km of runs, 45 km of cross-country skiing runs and 18 km of walking paths Apres-ski activities in and around the holiday rental complex include paragliding, dog sled team driving, horse-drawn sleigh rides, walks with snowshoes, helicopter flights, Snake slide (several sleds tied together), Snow mountain-biking, Ice-divings and Hot-air balloon flights. One site there are two squash courts, a nightclub, cinema and bowling.

within 14 day and 8 days prior to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 14 and 8 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total is retained.
within 7 days or less to the holiday: If the request to change is made between 7 days or less to your arrival, 100% of the total is retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
