Sleeping up to 10 people, Eyrewell Downs is a luxurious, spacious 4 bedroom country home, fully furnished with all the comforts of home, available all year round for short term rentals.

It is situated in the heart of Canterbury, between mountains, rivers and beaches, yet only 30 minutes from Christchurch airport and an easy 35 minute drive to the centre of Christchurch. The skifields are a picturesque 60 min drive and it is only 30 min though Canterbury countryside to expansive ocean beaches.

BEDROOMS:
The spacious interior includes 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

* Canterbury Room: superking size bed with television and ensuite bathroom; opens out onto west facing terrace
* Waimakariri Room: luxurious queen size four-poster bed
* Akaroa Room: queen size bed and single bed
* Kaikoura Room: queen size bed and single bed
* A portacot is also available

BATHROOMS:

* The main tiled bathroom is fitted with a luxurious spa bath and a shower
* Separate toilet
* Canterbury room: ensuite with a shower
* Third bathroom with a shower

OUTDOOR LIVING:

* The lounge, family room and master bedroom all open out onto two terraced areas on the north and west sides.
* Outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue enable al fresco dining in the garden during the summer months.

ENTERTAINMENT AREAS:

* The large lounge is warmed by a wood-burner fireplace and equipped with television (including Sky satellite channels), video machine, DVD/CD player, playstation and a sound system.
* A full size snooker/pool table is located in the separate adjacent family room.

FACILITIES:

* The house is fully equipped with quality bathroom and bedroom linen.
* The huge, modern kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking implements, an electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
* There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and a full size washing line.
* Three bicycles (one adult bike, one to suit 9-14 year-old children and one to suit 6-9 year-old children) are available for your use
* An internet connection

Notes on Villa Prices

1. Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and are for booking the whole house (from 1 to 10 people).
2. Prices for stays longer than one week available on request.
3. Eyrewell Downs prices are fully inclusive (they include power, water, quality bedding and bathroom linen, telephone, internet connection, SKY TV, log burner fireplace, gas barbecue monitored alarm).
4. Unless agreed otherwise, earliest arrival time at Eyrewell Downs is 3:00pm and latest departure time is 10:00am. If Eyrewell Downs is not booked before/after your stay, there may be some flexibility in the arrival/departure times. However, this needs to be agreed in advance with the owners.
5. A 20% deposit is payable on booking. This deposit can only be returned upon cancellation if those days are subsequently re-booked for full rate.
6. Full payment is due four weeks before arrival.
