All our 1, 1 plus study, 2 and 3 bedroom furnished or unfurnished apartments in Waldorf On Scene are self-contained and include full kitchen facilities, internal laundry, modern en-suite bathroom as well as a veranda with extensive 180 degree north facing water views or Auckland sky-line views from most of the apartments.

The modern and contemporary stylish design of the apartments, as well as the large living and entertainment areas, offer a unique Auckland waterfront accommodation experience.
The Waldorf reception is located on the complex's impressive ground floor entry level. On-site security car parking facilities are located in the complex (1-2 car bays per apartment) for the exclusive use of our tenants and visitors.
Each accommodation level includes only 4 apartments which are served by 2 high speed lifts with security access system.
1, 2 and 3 bedroom self-contained apartments are fully furnished and equipped, and comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons for either short or extended stay accommodation. Subject to advance reservation, alternative bedding arrangements and furniture can be requested.
Our furnished apartments will provide you with luxurious, spacious and comfortable Auckland serviced accommodation at a fraction of the cost of a hotel room.
Our unfurnished apartments are available for lease for a minimum period of 8 weeks and include all white ware (built-in fridge, dishwasher, drier and washer).

Waldorf On Scene apartments are located in the modern, luxurious waterfront Scene Two complex in the Central Business District of Auckland, near the Viaduct Basin.

The complex adjoins some of Auckland's major retail, commercial and restaurant outlets in the Auckland waterfront area.

The complex is within a few minutes easy walking distance to Parnell, Princess Wharf, ferry services and Tamaki drive. Even closer at hand is Britomart, the city's new transport hub and Foodtown supermarket.

Our weekly rate for 1 bedroom furnished apartments starts from NZ$850, for a 2 bedroom furnished apartment NZ$950, and for a 3 bedroom furnished apartment NZ$1200.Our extended stay rate for 1, 2 and 3 bedroom furnished apartment rental for minimum 8 weeks starts from NZ$700-NZ$1100 per week and for unfurnished apartments from NZ$450- NZ$800 per week.Special weekly extended stay rates for furnished apartments (for more than a 3 months stay) are subject to availability and advanced reservation.All the above rates include 1 security car space.All furnished apartments are rented with direct-dial telephone (free local calls) and high speed Internet service subject to a weekly charge of NZ$30.A onetime cleaning charge of NZ$70will be debited to tenant accounts on departure. Any damage to the apartments, its equipment or furniture as a result of tenant mishandling of the apartment will be debited to the tenant account on departure. All our rates are fully inclusive.
