Aspen and Vail Hotel: Residences at The Little Nell

The Residences at The Little Nell are exclusive private residences. Located next to the Silver Queen Gondola these two-three- and four-bedroom residences offer direct ski-in/ski-out access to legendary Aspen Mountain. Each residence seamlessly blends dramatic mountain-inspired architecture and thoughtful interior design with exceptional handcrafted finishes and exquisite custom furnishings. Floor plans take the best of The Little Nells inviting guest rooms and translate them into luxurious living spaces ranging between 2500 to 4450 square feet. Large exterior decks and balconies invite guests to bring the great Colorado outdoors indoors. Our residence hotel rooms have high ceilings either one king or two queen beds and are on the street or courtyard level. The room and bath finishes are similar to individual residences.

Cancellation Policy:
The first night will be charged in case of late cancellations or no shows. Please check the exact cancellation policy of the accommodation on the next page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a unit indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

Payment Terms:
Holiday Velvet does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details through our secure payment system only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the accommodation. In case your chosen serviced apartment or residence needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. If you have selected a "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" rate the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the accommodation at the time of booking.
