Located on the 3rd and upper floor of this renovated building with elevator, we offer this quality apartment for rent. It's very near the Dam square in the city center of Amsterdam and it is quiet because it has no neighbours directly left or right! There is a roof terrace for the whole building which shows a beatiful view of "de Nieuwekerk" (church) and the palace. No cars are allowed in the street, you can park your car in the nearby parking garage.

- The apartment is approx. 50 m2 and has central heating. There are high ceilings with an opening in the living room, so there's a lot of light coming in.
- The modern bathroom has a double sink, a bath-tub/ shower and a hair dryer. Fresh linnen are provided. The toilet is seperately located.
- The modern kitchen is equiped with all appliances as a dish washer, microwave/ oven, coffeemashine, fridge/freezer and a kitchen table. All cooking and eating utensils are present.
- The living room has a secured wireless internet connection, a printer, a flat screen tv with digital television plus dvd player and there's a stereo.
- There is a mobile telephone available with a pre-pay card making local calls more interesting.
- The bedroom has a double TEMPUR bed system and a large wardrobe. The living room contains a sofa bed for a 3rd guest.

• • More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
  • Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
  • Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
  • If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
