This unique 1st and 2nd floor corner Amsterdam apartment is located in the museum quarter of Amsterdam and is situated opposite the world famous ‘Concertgebouw’. The apartment has been recently completely renovated to incorporate all of today’s luxury conveniences but still retaining the original charm and features of this typical house in Amsterdam’s Old South district. The house backs onto the renowned Keyzer restaurant with its old style Dutch charm. Throughout the apartment old photographs of Amsterdam and contemporary art compliment each other within the restored glory and chic style of this apartment. The original ceiling decoration and wooden flooring can be found throughout this luxury apartment.

You enter the large entrance hall on the ground floor which has a separate lavatory and washbasin. From the hall you go into the large double reception room. In the living room there is comfortable seating with flat screen TV, DVD, Home Cinema, extra channel pack, and a secure wireless internet connection. The dining room is connected to the living room by the original sliding doors and the large dining room table seats 6 with an overhead billiard table style light.

The fully-equipped kitchen contains an oven, dishwasher, Senseo and other electrical appliances. An antique chest adds another dimension to the modern style of the kitchen.

A Miele washing machine and dryer are located in the side kitchen.

The large master bedroom on the first floor is situated in the corner part of the apartment, and has a unique corner window seat looking onto the ‘Concertgebouw’. The bedroom contains a huge leather covered double bed, flat screen TV and 2 cupboards; one for hanging clothes and one with shelves. The room with its high ceiling and many windows is very light.

The spacious second bedroom is very light due to its high ceiling and triple window. The bedroom has a huge leather covered double bed, flat screen TV, and large wardrobe with both hanging space and shelving. The third and fourth bedroom each have two single beds.
The large bathroom has a bath, separate shower and double washbasin.

  • Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
  • Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
  • If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
