This accommodation in Amsterdam is located on the centrum faced end of the Middenweg street. Tram 9 (public transport) passes through the spacious Middenweg shopping street itself and stops at 50 meters distance from the apartment and brings you in 5 minutes to the Waterloo Square (Waterloo Plein) and in 10 minutes to the Central Station for around 2 euro per person per ride. Taxi service is also possible for around 10 euro total per ride for up to 4 people, taxis usually arrive at the apartment within 1 minute after calling and a taxi can bring you to any address in the Centrum in 5 minutes and almost anywhere in Amsterdam in only 10 minutes usually.

The Oosterpark is within 100 meters distance and is a nice place for a romantic walk, a work-out, a playground for children and in summer time even a pool for younger children, free entrance. Around you, you will find a lot of very nice and hip shops, restaurants and bars.

  • Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
  • Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
  • If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
  • If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
  • Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
