I will start with the location for my wife and me it was perfect the area we like to be in and close to all the food. the apt itself was perfect also. the decor and the setup period was just right for us and what we needed. the price was great also and the owner was a great guy to deal with we had an early flight and he was there no issues. i would stay here every time from now on when we visit

The location was perfect and the actual apartment was amazing. I've been to Amsterdam close to 20 times in the last 14 years and this was far better than any hotel or apartment that i've stayed in previously. Sunny was a great meet and greet host as well. Have already recommended this property to friends.

A great apartment for two people! The property manager was very nice and responsive to our needs. It’s exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It’s right on the street level so it was pretty quiet but if you need to have absolute quiet, this might not be the ideal pick for you. The kitchen is fully equipped (we cooked quite a bit there to save some money), comfy bed (it’s actually a king size bed although the description says it's a double…) and the outdoor area is great – particularly if you smoke. The bathroom is quite small but it was fine. Great location to: go to the right and in one block you are in the Red Light District; go left and you are in the lovely New Market area... Read more

The apartment was just as described, really nice and very comfortable for two people. It was in an excellent location and the owner Hanny was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this apartment to all my friends and will definitely stay there again if we are visiting Amsterdam!

Great location, tidy clean apartment with full kitchen and a superb shower. Sky+HD aswell. Good price for what you get in this apartment for accommodating two people. Will be staying here again. No complaints or problems here.

- Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
