 The Wooden apartment was an excellent place to stay for a few nights. Very clean and good amenities. The location couldn't have been better! A few minutes from the museum district and right down the street from some excellent bars and clubs. A great place to stay if you're looking for proximity to culture, nightlife and fun. (02-02-2012) Nice and spacious an in a good location. Apartment could benefit from some repairs being undertaken as the roof leaked in bedroom and some of the lights did not look safe. Other than these two points which i'm sure will be sorted nice apartment and recommend to all. (25-01-2012) |

ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
