Amsterdam rental description
This third floor holiday apartment in Amsterdam lies at the beginning of the famous ‘Amstel’ river near the Rembrandt square. Located in the city centre the 90 m2 apartment overlooks the river showing fantastic views of the city. The marbled hall has a cupboard to hang coats and separate lavatory and wash basin. The living room is located opposite the hall with wide screen TV, DVD, wireless internet, stereo, comfortable sofa bed and large ‘fauteuil’, and a dining table to seat 6 people. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, four-point hob, fridge/freezer, numerous electrical appliances and a dishwasher. The bedroom with king size bed has a large built-in cupboard and TV for late night viewing. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, wash basin and lavatory. There is an elevator on the ground floor.
About Amsterdam Central Canal Ring
All of Amsterdam’s four major canals run from the Amstel to the centre of Amsterdam. The apartment is close to the Rembrandtplein and Utrechtsestraat where you can find many trendy and hip bars, restaurants and much of the nightlife. More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
