This Amsterdam holiday apartment is a wonderful rental with two bedrooms, a bright and spacious living area and a private roof terrace. The building is located on a quiet street just off Utrechtsestraat in the heart of the Canal Belt. The second floor of short-term rental in Amsterdam is divided over two levels: the first is comprised of the living/dining area and a brand new kitchen. The luxury interior has been finished to an excellent standard with a broad range of facilities to help make your stay in Amsterdam a pleasant one. The second level has the master bedroom and boasts a king-sized bed. The second bedroom is small (enough space for the bed only) and is located to the back of the apartment. It has access to the roof terrace. Bed linen, a small & a large towel for each person are provided. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
About Amsterdam Central Canal Ring
The Utrechtsestraat area is well known for its authentic boutique-style shopping, typical Amsterdam cafés and superb restaurants. The ‘Dutch Gordon Ramsey’, Herman den Blijker, recently opened a new restaurant in the neighbourhood called ‘Herrie'. It serves excellent food and offers an opportunity to spot some Dutch celebrities. The cocktail menu in the downstairs bar is also very popular. On the other side of the apartment’s street is the River Amstel, Amsterdam's main entrance by water. Crossing the river by the famous Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge) takes you toward the National Carré theatre and the Hermitage Museum. ProcessHow to book: Just enter your dates, find a Amsterdam rental you like and click "Book Now". We will then ask for contact details and a down payment to reserve your accommodation in Amsterdam. That's it! Your booking is confirmed! - Cancellation Policy
More than 14 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 14 days prior warning, 100% of of the deposit amount is non refundable.
Within 14 days: Less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
Within 24 hours: Less than 24 hours prior to arrival or cancellation without prior notice "no-show": 100% of the total accommodation cost will be charged.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking if:1. If the guest(s) are not able to pay the pre-payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.2. If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or drivers license upon arrival.3. If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.4. The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.5. It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.6. The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labor disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws.In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client.If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
