This short term rental Amsterdam accommodation has one spacious bedroom and one bathroom. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed. In the kitchen area, the kitchen is fully equipped and geared towards family cooking. The dining room provides a big dining table with two chairs and a bank to sit around and eat on. The living room has three couches to sit on and a lot of pillows to gather around and watch TV on the 108 cm flat screen that hangs. One couch can be used to sleep on. You are going to have to climb some simple steps to get to the very big and stylish sleeping room for two persons. It has a tv and a dvd player. There is also a couch and a chair where you can read or just chill out on. It also has a very big closet where you can store your clothes.

This apartment rental in Amsterdam is in the middle of Amsterdam close to everything in a nice area and on a major street of Amsterdam. It is a short walk from the apartment to the Dam Square. In the area that surrounds the Dam Square, there are numerous of shops such as the luxurious Magna Plaza shopping centre.  The location is great, very central. The apartment is spacious with all mod cons, the entrance to the apartment is small, dark and could do with cleaning! The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have expected, hair in the shower plug, unemptied bin and no toilet roll even after being promised some would be dropped in, it wasn't! But these are small complaints, we still had a great weekend! (22-12-2011) |

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 20% of of the deposit amount is refunded.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 25% of the total rental.
Within 6 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 6 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for the whole rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
